Health services may be performed by legal or natural entities based on the permit issued by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Slovenia.

Health services are performed as a public service under the same conditions by public health care institutions and other legal and natural entities based on the concession. Health services are performed as a public service within the public health care network.

The list of public health care institutions and other legal and natural entities which are included in the public health care network and have concluded a contract with the Health Insurance Institute of the Republic of Slovenia.
