The content of websites which is not public information pursuant to the Public Information Access Act is subject to protection of copyright and related rights and all forms of intellectual property and belongs to the HIIS or other parties who have transferred to HIIS limited rights for using the website. Users may only use such content for themselves and not for commercial or other profit-making purposes. Upon use, the user must provide the source and may not modify tags for copyright and other intellectual or property rights.
